sugar and butter are mixed together in a mixing bowl.

warm milk
shredded coconut
milk can
skimmed milk
some milk
coconut milk
g milk
cold milk
PROCESS:
We heat the coconut milk and skim milk with sugar (reserve some milk besides cold) wait for heated through but not boiling.
Add the cornstarch and eggs to cold milk we had reserved, beat well and incorporate the hot milk, stir constantly over low heat until the cream thickens, remove from heat and pour into containers elected.
Once cool, sprinkle grated coconut and garnish with cookies and mint.
